Onion Days!

This weekend was so fun! On Saturday, Brenton's aunt Jennifer watched Bryson for us for a few hours so we could go on a date. However, our date consisted of going to Costco, coming home and fixing lunch, watching part of the BYU football game, and taking a nap! Brenton commented that our date nights now consist of what we used to do before Bryson was born on a Saturday. Haha. Pathetic, I know.
Sunday we went to church.. 2 Sundays in a row- we stayed for all 3 meetings! It was really good and so was Bryson... he did pretty darn good. I am enjoying our new ward. We learned about the Family, and having Bryson is sure helping us to be better people so we can raise our family in the gospel with strong testimonies!
We spent Sunday at home together, then we went and spent the night at my cousins Jason and Kami's house. Thanks so much for having us!!! It was so fun! We love you guys! Sunday night it was storming, and we were worried we would get rained out at the Onion Days' parade. Well, we got to the parade and it was a little cloudy, but no rain. Then, 15 minutes into it it started to DOWNPOUR! We had to run with Bryson is his stroller and all our blankets and bags and chairs to the car which was a few blocks away. We went back to Jason and Kami's house for the afternoon. In the afternoon it cleared up, so we were able to go to the Festival and walk around. We saw all cool booths and ate good food. Thanks for the fun time!
